General Terms of Sale
These terms are intended to define the General Conditions of Sale between Sublime Ceramics and the user, being the only applicable between the two parties.
By using and/or making a purchase on the Sublime Ceramics site, the user declares that he has read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Sublime Ceramics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. For this reason, we advise the user to read them whenever you use this site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

Order
To order from sublime-ceramics.com it is necessary that the user has an e-mail account and that his browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to allow the enjoyment of all the conditions of navigability of the online store. In order to order from the online store Sublime Ceramics:
Find the products you want to buy; Add the selected products to the cart; Finalize the purchase;
- Select the payment option;
- Review your order;
- Proceed to payment and confirm the order;
- You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Your order is confirmed when you select the "Confirm Payment" button (Checkout) at the end of the purchase process. An order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address. We suggest that you print or download this copy for future reference. By submitting the order form you accept the general terms and conditions of purchase, as well as other conditions that exist on sublime-ceramics.com, through links, including the general terms and conditions of use.
Please read the product descriptions carefully before buying. The information for each product is detailed on each respective product page. Products offered for sale may not exactly match the actual appearance in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser and monitor used. The photographs shown on the site are purely illustrative and therefore the user is advised to refer to the product characteristics for more detailed information.
We reserve the right not to accept your order or to cancel it even after its automatic confirmation. We may not process orders that do not have sufficient guarantee of good collection; when orders are incomplete or incorrect or when the products ordered are no longer available. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the sales contract was not made and that the seller did not proceed with the sale, specifying the reasons.
The products presented on the Sublime Ceramics site are subject to existing stocks. In the absence of availability of a product already ordered, Sublime Ceramics undertakes to inform the customer about the new expected date of delivery, and the customer can keep or cancel the order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, Sublime Ceramics is committed to refund the customer the amount paid within 30 days from the date of knowledge of this unavailability. The refund will be made through the same method of payment.
Payment Methods
Sublime Ceramics has the following payment methods available: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ATM References, MB Way, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept any other payment method besides the ones mentioned. Please do not make a payment by any
other means that is not specified. If you do, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damage that may result.
For purchases made by ATM, the customer has 7 days to make the payment, which is immediate to the transaction. After this period, the order is automatically cancelled. For payments by credit card, the debit will be made immediately after registration of the order.All transactions are 100% secure.
Prices
The prices of products displayed on the site www.sublime-ceramics.com include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal tax in effect in Portugal and are presented in euros. These amounts do not include shipping fees. Shipping rates are applied per order and depend on the value and weight of the same as well as the country of delivery. The total price specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and shipping costs.
The prices of the products shown on the site are subject to change. Sublime Ceramics reserves the right to change prices without notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
Although the website www.sublime-ceramics.com is updated with extreme care, it is possible that the price information on the website may contain errors. Sublime Ceramics is not committed to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order if such an error occurs. In the event that the actual price of the product ordered is higher than that shown, you will be contacted and you have the right to accept or cancel your order. In case the actual price of the product is lower than the price displayed, we will refund the difference between the actual price and the price paid.
Promotional Campaigns, Discount Coupons and Promotional Codes
On the site www.sublime-ceramics.com there are, periodically, several promotional price offers, through percentage discounts on the sale price of items to the public. All promotions duly marked have a certain period of validity and are valid for orders placed until the end of that period. Situations of stock rupture are safeguarded.
The Sublime Ceramics can generate discount vouchers and / or promotional codes in the buying process of users. To take advantage of these discounts the customer simply type the respective promotional code and / or accept the discount coupon and click the "Validate". The discount in question will be applied in the "Total to pay", at the end of the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Purchases made on www.sublime-ceramics.com can be delivered in Continental Portugal, archipelagos of the Azores and Madeira, Spain, France (excluding islands), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Italy (excluding islands) and Luxembourg.
Orders are only dispatched by our services after confirmation of the respective payment. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer, which cannot be changed. Providing incorrect data and / or address change is the costumer's full responsibility of the customer and may lead to additional costs. If the customer wants to send orders to more than one address, should make separate purchase processes.
The delivery of Sublime Ceramics orders is made
a) Within 2 to 4 working days (after order dispatch) for addresses in Continental Portugal;
b) Within 5 to 12 working days (after the order is shipped) to addresses in the Azores and Madeira;
c) Within 3 to 4 working days (after the order is shipped) for addresses in Spain;
d) Within 3 to 7 working days (after the order has been shipped) for addresses in France (excluding the Islands), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Italy and Luxembourg.
Delivery times may be slightly longer during specific periods (Black Friday, holidays and public holidays) and in case of stock out.
To receive an order, it is necessary to make sure someone is at the indicated address. This service does not include an appointment or scheduling option. You should check the condition of the item upon delivery by the carrier, noting on the waybill any damage that may have resulted from the transport of the goods.

Cancellation, Exchanges and Returns
Order cancellation before shipment
The customer may cancel the order, as long as it has not been shipped yet. If the customer makes an order and wants to cancel it, he should contact our Customer Service and request the cancellation of his order, through the e-mail address: info@sublime-ceramics.com
If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by e-mail of this decision and the cancellation will be processed with no cost to the customer. If the cancellation request is not possible, the products will be sent to the customer, who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, should refuse to receive them. The products will be returned and, upon receipt, the chargeback will be processed.
Exchanges and Returns of products after receipt
The Sublime Ceramics does not exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered you can return them within 15 calendar days after receipt, provided that:
- The product(s)have not been used;
- The product(s)are in perfect condition for sale;
- The product(s)maintain their original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged);
You may not return:
- Products that have been modified;
- Products that have been damaged;
- Products that have been used.
Returned items must be in saleable condition. In other words, the returned items need to be in the same condition in which they arrived at the customer's hands, and accompanied by the respective proof of purchase.
If you wish to return an order you must send an email to info@sublime-ceramics.com with the subject "return" in order to start the process. The email should contain the order number and detail the products you want to return. The shipping costs and return are supported by the user and the address to which you must send the product(s) will be indicated in the return authorization. Sublime Ceramics does not accept returns without prior notice.
If you have received the wrong item or an item that is defective or damaged, Sublime Ceramics will assume the entire cost of return and the cost of a new delivery if the customer so chooses.
Please note that the information for each product is detailed on each respective product page. The products offered for sale may not correspond exactly to the actual appearance in terms of image and colors, due to the Internet browser and monitor used. The photographs shown on the site are purely illustrative and therefore the user is advised to refer to the product characteristics for more detailed information. Thus, the non-exact correspondence between the illustrated article and the received article is not considered a case of defective article.
Upon reception of the return, Sublime Ceramics will examine the products and check their condition. When it is confirmed that the products are in perfect condition, i.e. have no signs of use or damage, the refund will be made by the same method that was used to make the payment. If the customer has paid by ATM reference is necessary to indicate the bank details (IBAN) via email during the return process. The refund will be processed after evaluating the state of the item(s) within 30 days after receiving the return.
If the products have signs of use or present damage, no refund will be made.
Liability
Sublime Ceramics will only be liable for damages suffered by the customer where such damages result from breaches attributable to Sublime Ceramics' contractual obligations to the customer, or where Sublime Ceramics' liability results from applicable statutory law.
Although Sublime Ceramics works its website with all care, the information, text, graphic documents, movies, music and/or other services may contain errors or be incomplete or incorrect. The photographs shown on the site are merely illustrative. We recommend that you consult the product characteristics for more detailed information.
Sublime Ceramics cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the site, including damages caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or imperfection of information, unless such damage is the result of intent or negligence on the part of Sublime Ceramics.
Modification of Terms & Conditions
Sublime Ceramics has the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The customer is subject to the principles and terms in force at the date of their order, unless the law or competent authority imposes any change to them.
