Refund policy

Sublime Ceramics does not accept exchanges. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you ordered you can return them within 15 days of receipt, provided that the products are in perfect condition and the packaging has been opened carefully and is not damaged.

The return shipping costs are supported by the consumer, and the address to which the order should be sent will be indicated in the return authorization. If you have received the wrong item or a defective/damaged item, Sublime Ceramics will assume all the return shipping costs and the costs of a new delivery, if the customer so wishes.

We remind you that each piece is unique: the photographs shown on the site are merely illustrative and therefore it is recommended that you consult the characteristics of the product for more detailed information. Thus, the non-exact correspondence between the illustrated item and the item received is not considered a defective item.

How to initiate a return?

If you wish to return an order you should send an email to info@sublime-ceramics.com with the subject "return". In this e-mail you must indicate the order number and detail the product(s) you wish to return.

We will not accept returns without prior notice. We also remind you that returned items must be in perfect sales conditions. Items that have suffered any kind of use, transformation or damage will not be accepted.

After receiving your email, we will send you all the necessary information to proceed with the return. Once we receive the return, we will examine the products and verify their condition. The refund will be processed after evaluation of the item(s), in the same payment method used in the initial transaction, as soon as possible.
